Yes. As part of the leasing process, we may review the applicant’s file, including credit verification, validation of the information provided, reference checks, and consultation of records and other elements permitted under applicable law.

Tenants can submit a maintenance request or report an issue to our team through the designated communication channels, via our online platform or by email at info@gestiondroy.ca. Each request is handled according to its nature and level of urgency.

We treat urgent situations with seriousness, sound judgment, and responsiveness. Our teams respond quickly to urgent calls, including weekends and holidays, to help ensure occupant safety and protect the property. In the event of a major incident or immediate danger, such as a confirmed fire or significant flooding, the first step should always be to contact the appropriate emergency services.

Response times may vary depending on the nature of the request. Urgent matters are addressed quickly, while non-urgent administrative or technical requests are handled as promptly as possible by the responsible team.

Pet policies vary depending on the building and the conditions set out in the lease. It is important to verify the rules applicable to the unit or project you are interested in before signing your lease.

No. In our buildings, the use of tobacco and cannabis is prohibited inside the units, in accordance with the clauses set out in the lease and the rules applicable to the building. This policy is intended to preserve the quality of the premises, reduce inconvenience for other occupants, and maintain the established living environment. Such a prohibition may be provided for in the lease or building rules and must be respected by the tenant.

Any situation involving departure before the end of the lease term must be reviewed in light of the lease conditions and applicable rules. Our team can inform tenants of the options available based on their specific situation.

That depends on the building and the type of unit. Some apartments may include certain services or amenities, while others may have different terms. Inclusions are always specified in the rental offer and in the lease.

Lease renewal follows the applicable rules, laws, and timelines. Tenants are informed at the appropriate time of the steps to follow and of any relevant information concerning their file.
